What this page is
This site is small and so is its handling of your data. This page explains, in plain language, what is collected, why, where it lives and how long it stays there.
What is collected
Only what you type. When you request an introductory conversation, the form stores your name, your email address, whether the conversation is about you or your organisation, the time slot you selected, your timezone, and the optional note you write.
Nothing else is asked for. There is no account, no newsletter sign-up and no hidden field.
Why it is collected
To hold the time you chose, to prevent someone else booking it, and to reply to you personally. Your details are used for that conversation and the working relationship that may follow. They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Booking requests are stored in a private database used only by this site. They are not publicly readable. Only Sanneke can read them, through an authenticated login. Email you send directly is stored in the ordinary way in her mailbox.
How long it is kept
Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to hold the conversation and any work that follows, and are removed when they no longer serve a purpose. If you ask for your details to be deleted sooner, they will be deleted.
Confidentiality of the conversations themselves
What is said in a conversation stays in that conversation. Client stories shown on this site are published only with permission and are anonymised. Nothing you say is used as material without your explicit consent.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles. The only storage used in your browser is what is technically needed for the site to work.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be handled without fuss.
