Private coaching for women
Build a life youactually want to live.
You do not need to have it figured out before you arrive. Sometimes it is work. Sometimes it is a relationship. Often it is the whole shape of your life.
Most women arrive with one question and discover that it has been standing in front of something larger.
Free introductory conversation · Remote worldwide. On-site when it matters.
You might recognise this
“Something needs to change and I cannot name what it is.”
“My life looks good. It just does not feel like mine.”
“I am starting over, and I did not choose to.”
“I want to start something, and the decision is bigger than the plan.”
“I am tired of holding everything together.”
“I know what everyone expects of me. I am less sure what I want.”
“I have achieved the thing. Nobody warned me about after.”
“I need someone who can see this with me.”
What women bring here is rarely a crisis. It is the quiet suspicion that their life has started happening to them while they were busy holding it all together.
Start
No commitment, no cost
First, let’s get to know each other.
A free 30-minute conversation to see whether talking together feels useful.
This is not a disguised sales call and you do not need to prepare anything. Tell me roughly what is going on. I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help.

Where most people begin
The Conversation
One question. Proper attention. No larger commitment.
90 minutes · Online or in person by arrangement
Bring the thing you keep circling.
You do not need to explain it perfectly or arrive with a plan. We will work out what is actually going on, what matters now and what your next honest step may be.
This is a real working conversation, not an intake for something larger.
No five-year plan or colour-coded life audit required.
Afterwards, I will tell you honestly what I think.
Sometimes one conversation is enough. Sometimes something needs to settle before you decide what to do next. And sometimes the question deserves more time and proper attention. If I think that is true, I will explain why. You decide later, in your own time.
The main way I work
The Next Chapter
Twelve weeks for the question that needs more than one good conversation.
Twelve weeks · six conversations · payment in one or three instalments.
This is for the things that are not solved by one moment of clarity.
Over twelve weeks, we create enough room to see the pattern, make a choice, try it in real life, return with what happened and adjust honestly.
- Five further private conversations of 90 minutes
- Conversations normally take place every two to three weeks
- Brief voice-note or email access between conversations
- Responses on working days within two working days
- Short written reflections from me when genuinely useful
- No standard curriculum, no workbook, no automatic continuation
No modules. No reinvention project. We follow the question that is actually yours.
If an employer pays, a separate business invoice can be provided.
Other ways to talk
More room.Or more access.
Some questions are better over dinner than in an hour.
And some weeks you want to be able to think out loud before the next conversation comes around.
Same work, different setting.
A different setting
Talk & Dine
Some questions need an evening rather than an hour.

An unhurried private conversation over dinner. Not a different method, simply more room and better food.
For the decision or contradiction that deserves more space than it can find between two appointments. You do not need a perfect question or a plan. We let the conversation go where it needs to go.
What the evening looks like
- One private client
- An extended, uninterrupted conversation
- A carefully selected, quiet setting
- Lunch or dinner arranged together
- A short personal reflection from me afterwards when useful
- Available by arrangement
Three things are increasingly rare: time, attention and a conversation in which you do not have to look after anyone else.
Between conversations
The Line
For when life is happening faster than you can think.
A private support window, timed together, giving you direct access to me while an important situation is unfolding.
We agree beforehand when the window begins and ends, how we communicate, and what you need me beside you for.

Only if it stays useful
Keep Choosing
For women who, after working together, want to keep one independent perspective in their life. Not because something is wrong, but because they would rather keep choosing deliberately than drift into the next chapter.
One 90-minute conversation per month · brief voice-note or email access between conversations · reviewed every three months · nothing continues by default
Nothing continues because it is easier not to decide. We look again every three months and choose.

What you can expect from me
- Complete attention.
- An honest perspective, including when it is uncomfortable.
- Questions that get underneath the first version of the story.
- Warmth, humour and no performance required.
- Room for business, work, motherhood, relationships, money, ambition, grief, identity and whatever else is actually part of the decision.
- Movement towards something real, not insight that disappears by Tuesday.
What this is not
- Therapy.
- Crisis or emergency support.
- A fixed programme designed to turn you into a better version of yourself.
- Someone else deciding what you should do.
If what you bring needs therapeutic, medical or specialist support, I will say so honestly.
The philosophy
The goal isn’t a better you. It’s a life that feels more like yours.
I work with people who want to live by choice, not by default.
This is not optimisation. There is no better version of you waiting behind a programme. The question is not who you should become. It is who you actually are, and what your life would look like if you lived from there.
So we work on seeing clearly, getting steady, recognising what you want, trusting your own judgement, and then doing something about it.
My role is to help you see yourself and your situation clearly, trust your own judgement, and take the next step. Not become someone else — recognise who you already are, and start living it.
That's it. No method with a trademark, no framework in five colours. One person paying complete attention to your actual situation, and telling you the truth about what she sees.
See
I notice what is underneath what you are saying, and I say it back to you plainly.
Steady
You do not have to arrive composed. Messy, uncertain and unfinished is a fine place to start.
Choose
Clarity is only useful when it becomes a decision you actually own.
Act
The work does not end at insight. Something has to happen in your real week.
Questions people ask
What happens after the first conversation?
You will receive a short, personal note from me within 24 hours. In it, I will share what I heard, what I think is actually going on, and an honest recommendation: stop there and let it settle, book another individual conversation when you are ready, or consider The Next Chapter if the question needs more time. There is no default next step. You decide, in your own time.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. You do not need to arrive with a neat summary, a five-year plan or the right words. Bring the thing that is taking up space in your head, however unfinished it feels. If you want, you can send a few sentences beforehand, but it is not required.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us, within normal professional and legal boundaries. I do not share names, stories or any identifying details. If a company is paying, they receive an invoice, not a report on what we discussed.
Do I need to know exactly what the problem is?
No. Most people arrive with a feeling, a contradiction or a question they cannot quite formulate. We can start there.
Is one conversation sometimes enough?
Yes. If I think you have what you need, I will say so. I do not recommend a trajectory by default.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. But I will not sit quietly and nod either. I will tell you what I see, challenge your assumptions and help you hear your own judgement more clearly.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and independent personal counsel. It is not mental-health treatment or crisis support.
What is The Line, exactly?
An agreed window of closer access between larger conversations, timed together in advance. You can read how it works on The Line page.
Can Talk & Dine be our first working conversation?
Yes, after a short introduction to make sure the format and setting fit what you want to bring.
Is Talk & Dine a group dinner?
No. It is a private one-to-one experience.
Where do we meet?
Remote worldwide. In-person conversations can be arranged when appropriate.
Can my company pay?
Yes. A business invoice can be provided. Business pricing and VAT treatment are handled separately.
Most people who write to me are not in crisis. They are doing well, and something quiet keeps asking for attention. That question, and why it deserves a proper answer.
In their words

I always leave a conversation with Sanneke seeing things differently. She somehow manages to get to the thing I'm actually struggling with, even when I'm talking about something completely different. I feel calmer afterwards, but also like I need to do something.
I went to Sanneke because I was stuck. I had been going around in circles for months. She didn't tell me what to do. She helped me see what I already knew, and gave me the confidence to actually do it.
Sanneke is very good at seeing people. She remembers the small things, asks the uncomfortable question when it's needed and doesn't make everything into a big coaching exercise. I can bring pretty much anything to her. That's what makes it useful.
